Everything I've tasted on the breakfast menu at Toasted Owl is nothing short of fantastic. The Ginger Buckwheat pancakes are so moist and delicious, especially for a dairy/gluten-free dish! Another must try breakfast selection is the Make your own Breakfast Tacos dish, where you can mix a variety of ingredients like eggs, black beans, avocado, tempeh, and roasted veggies for a filling and satisfying breakfast.
The portions here are huge, making a visit here a great choice for refueling after a long morning hike or day out on the slopes.
Those dining vegan and gluten-free are in for a surprise as many traditionally off limit items like breakfast burritos and pancakes can be enjoyed!

Servers at The Toasted Owl tend to be more attentive and friendly than I've noticed elsewhere. You never feel rushed dining here so you can kick back and relax while enjoying that bottomless coffee. The delicious dark roast blend they use from Cave Creek will have you craving more and more!

The decor at Toasted Owl is very interesting, consisting of random owl knick knacks everywhere right down to the chairs. The cute decorations combined with a charming old time diner ambiance gives it a cozy, more local feeling that you would experience anywhere else downtown.
