Deep Creek Coffee
Deep Creek Coffee is the place to go for a tasty pick me up before spending the day exploring gorgeous Zion National Park. Located in Springdale, just a few minutes from the entrance, it's super convenient. And they open early (6am), so you can relax and wake up with a quality drink before exploring the trails. Be aware that they close very early (2pm), so plan your visit accordingly.
Offering the best espresso drinks in town, along with stunning views of the rock formations, you really cannot go wrong with a visit to Deep Creek. There really is no other choice to consider in town.
Food
Deep Creek offers a full coffee bar, along with delicious homemade pastries and a few light breakfast and lunch entrees. Many items on the menu are organic and allergy friendly, which is always a bonus in a small town where it is often hard to find food for special diets.
Both the Americano and Mochas were very tasty, smooth and not burnt. Drinks are presented nicely: the mocha had a pretty leaf design in it.
Even if you are not a coffee drinker, there are several other options including smoothies, hot chocolate, and tea. And you cannot go wrong with a tasty burrito to fuel yourself up prior to a long day of hiking!
Service
Service is very friendly, amongst the best in Springdale. The owner seems to truly have a passion for coffee, which reflects in the superb drink quality.
Atmosphere
The setting is so quaint and relaxing: the perfect small town coffee shop. If the weather is nice, you must take a seat on the upstairs deck. The views are incredible, especially at sunset. Plus, if you arrive near opening, you will likely have the space to yourself.
Sipping a delicious espresso drink surrounded by breathtaking views of Zion: what could be a better start to a day out in one of the most gorgeous parks in the country?
