Food

Wildflour offers a wide selection of homemade natural vegan treats such as smoothies, juices, pastries, cookies, cakes, and various other tempting desserts.

In the morning hours, you will find an assortment of vegan muffins, scones, and breads. You will also find a smoothie/juice bar and beverage bar (they even have vegan hot chocolate on the menu!).

Lunch brings various quick grab items such as coconut yogurt parfaits, pizza strips, fruit cups, raw lasagna, hummus plates, gluten-free chili, and more!

During lunch and dinner hours, the bakery items switch over to snack items such as cupcakes, brownies, and cookies.

Everything is vegan (no dairy, no eggs) so those avoiding animal products will be able to enjoy the treats which are typically off limits at bakeries. They also strive to use as many organic ingredients as possible, which is always a bonus.

Gluten-free guests will appreciate the many options available to choose amongst, as it is not that common to find bakeries that offer both vegan and gluten-free treats.

Note: if you are trying to avoid soy, your options will be limited as they use a soy based flour for all gluten-free goods. The raw cheesecake, Mexican raw chocolate, and Raw-reo do not use any flour, and therefore, are both gluten-free and soy-free.

The raw cheesecake was outstanding: an interesting treat to say the least. The peanut butter brownie was also amazing; it is hard to imagine that no eggs were used in the cooking process! If you are a chocolate lover, you have to try the brownie!

Prices are a bit steep, although this is not unusual for a vegan eatery. The raw cheesecake came in at a hefty $7, however, it was delicious and not something one can easily make at home.

Overall, a great place for anyone seeking a treat which is allergy friendly. Pricey, but amazing treats. Note that day old treats are usually offered at a discount.

Service

Service was great. The staff had no problem getting out the ingredient list and answering questions pertaining to soy-free options.

Atmosphere

This is a seat yourself bakery. The area is pretty cramped and could use a little more decor to spice up the ambiance, however, for a quick treat the space works just fine. While there are plenty of tables available, it tends to get busy, which is not a surprise because the treats are so delicious!
